Once you are logged into the app, click on the “My Profile” icon, located in the top left corner of the screen. Then, tap “Edit Profile”. From this screen, you can edit your account information. Once your changes are made, remember to tap Save at the top right of your screen.
For the safety of your account, your phone number will need to be updated by contacting our Member Support team at email@example.com.
Why do I need to provide my phone number?
The Savorite app requests your phone number to share with venues ahead of your visit. Savorite will not contact you for marketing purposes or provide your phone number to any third parties.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter and alerts?
You can edit your communication preference settings from your mobile device settings to prevent receiving unwanted notifications from us.
To unsubscribe and stop receiving our newsletter emails, click the Unsubscribelink at the bottom of our email.
How do I close my account?
You can delete your account at any time. To close your account:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org; or
2. Submit a request from the app by following these steps: Log in into your account, click on the “My Profile” icon and click on the “Support” tab.
You will receive an email from our Customer Support team confirming your account is deleted.
