Can I edit my bookings?

No, once a deal is booked, you can only cancel the deal by clicking the “Cancel” button within your in-app voucher. To find your voucher, click on the “My Bookings” icon from the Main Screen, go to the “Active” tabs and select the deal you want to cancel.

Does the deal apply to food and drinks?

Your discount applies to your total bill, drinks included! Restaurant's may apply a minimum spend for your discount to be applied. To verify, check the conditions of your booking at the bottom of your in-app ticket.

Dining discounts and benefits are not applicable to taxes and gratuity and are only available upon presentation of a valid booking confirmation via the app on arrival at the restaurant.

Does my booking imply a guaranteed table reservation?

For Dine-in deals accepting reservations, your deal is valid only at the time selected while making the reservation. Restaurants will wait for your entire party's arrival for a maximum of 15 minutes. Following the 15 minute grace-period, the discount may not be honored and will be at the discretion of the restaurant.

For Walk-in deals, the Restaurant will not be holding a table for you when you arrive and you might need to wait to be served. A walk-in deal is not a reservation.

What happens if I miss a booking?

We understand things can come up last minute. But we also expect our users to do their best to honor their bookings. No-shows are quite disruptive to a restaurant's business so when a user accumulates three or more no-show reservations within a year, Savorite reserves the right to suspend or close the account.
