“Services” means the Savorite mobile application and website operated by Savorite LLC.
“Personal Data” means any information about a living individual who can be identified from that information (or from those data and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
“Cookies” are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
“Usage Data” means data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Services or from the Services infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
4. Types of Information We Collect
When you interact with us, we will collect several different types of information, including Personal Information and non-identifying information, to provide and improve our Services to you.
Personal Information: while using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”), such as your name, email address, mailing and/or billing address, phone number, payment information or other information that can be used to identify you as an individual.
You can review, update or change your Personal Information that you have provided to us and/or request us to deactivate your account by managing this information through your online account or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and for record-keeping purposes.
Device Data: if you access our Services from or through a mobile or other device, we may collect a unique device identifier assigned to that device. We also collect information about your current location to provide you with more relevant deals and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).
You can use some of the Services without providing any personal information, but some features may not be available.
You may manage how your mobile device and browser share certain Device Data with Savorite by adjusting the privacy and security settings on your mobile device.

To administer rewards or promotional activities sponsored by Savorite or our business partners;

To perform analytics that provides valuable information so that we can improve the Services;
To monitor the usage of the Services; and
To detect, prevent and address technical issues.
Savorite may also use information collected as described in this Privacy Statement with your consent or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
6. Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred, to computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction, and which may maintain on your data.
If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us and/or use our Services, please note that your information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Statement and the laws pertaining to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal information in the United States.
Savorite will ensure that your Personal Information is protected and transferred in a manner consistent with legal requirements applicable to the information.
7. Sharing and Disclosure of Data
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website and application, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Savorite may disclose or share your Personal Data if we believe that such action is necessary or required to:
comply with applicable law, regulation, operating agreement, legal process or governmental request;
protect and defend the rights or property of Savorite;
prevent or investigate possible misconduct in connection with the Services;
protect the personal safety or property of users of the Services or the public; and
protect against legal liability.
The Savorite app and Savorite website may contain connections to areas where you may be able to communicate or publicly post information with others such as review products and merchants. All the information you post may be accessible to anyone with Internet access, and any Personal Information you include in your posting may be read, collected, and used by others. We recommend that you do not post any Personal in the social community areas. We cannot control the privacy or security of information you choose to make public or share with others.
8. Security of Data
Savorite strives to protect the security of your data but is aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so even when we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
9. Social Network
If you log in via a third-party service like Google or Facebook, we will collect the information described in the third-party service’s request for authorization. This information may include your name, email address, gender, city, and state. You should review your privacy settings with these third-party services to be sure you are only sharing information you wish to share.
10. Third Party Service Providers
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Merchants may have access to Customers’ personal information from booking deals online (i.e. name, phone number, address). Merchants may only share Customer’s personal information with third-parties if sharing of the information is necessary to provide the service. Merchants are prohibited from sharing Customer’s information with third-parties for any other purpose, including by not limited to marketing and promotional purposes. Merchants may not sell Customer Information.
11. Links to Other Sites
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended to be used by children under the age of 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under 13 years old, we will take appropriate actions to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, you may contact us at email@example.com.
13. Can-SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a Federal law of the United States. It sets out rules for commercial email use, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or follow the instructions at the bottom of each email. We will promptly remove you from all correspondence once we receive the instruction.
