Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. 2. Overview
Savorite provides an online platform that allows a User to connect with independent third-party Merchants offering a percentage off of their bill (“Deal”). To accomplish this, Merchants list their Deals for a User to book through the Savorite app. Upon booking a Deal, the User will receive a confirmation Ticket that will be redeemable with the stated Merchant at a specified date and time.
3. Definitions
“App” means the application operated by us.
“Deal” means the discount that the Merchant offers through our application, which can be booked by any User.
“We”, “us”, “our”, “Savorite” and similar terms means Savorite LLC and our related entities.
“Merchant”, “Restaurant” means a merchant listed on our Services that is a third party unrelated to Savorite that supplies and/or provides the Merchant offering. Savorite does not sell, supply and/or provide the Merchant offering, Savorite only supplies the Confirmation Ticket.
“Redemption Period” means the date and period of time stated on the Ticket and an allowance period (time before or after the designated time on the Ticket) at the discretion of the Merchant.
“User”, “you” means any person who visits the Savorite App or website and/or has an account on Savorite.
“Ticket” means an instrument in electronic form, which entitles the holder of such Ticket to receive the Merchant offering from the Merchant during the Redemption Period of time stated on the Ticket.
“Website” means www.savoriteapp.com and/or any other website we may operate. When you interact with the Savorite website and/or app in any way, such as creating an account or contacting customer service, you agree to Savorite’s Terms and Privacy Policy. These are contracts between Savorite and you.
4. Amendments of the Terms
We reserve the right to unilaterally modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as such amendments are notified on our website or app. We will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

7. Tickets
Please read carefully the specific terms and conditions stated in the Ticket. The Tickets provided by Savorite can only be redeemed once and within the Redemption Period as stated in the Ticket. If the Ticket is not redeemed, it will automatically expire at 11:59PM (time zone of the User’s location of use) on the date stated on the Ticket. The Ticket is valid for one booking only and can only be redeemed with the Merchant and not with Savorite. The discount is only available upon presentation of a valid Ticket to the Merchant, who will apply it to your bill. Gratuity is expected on the total sum of the bill before discount. Unless otherwise specified, the discounts are not available in conjunction with any other special offer, discount or promotion. Tickets are redeemable in their entirety only. They may not be redeemed partially or incrementally.
Any Ticket is for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. The commercial trade of a Ticket as well as its reproduction is prohibited.
8. Reservations
For bookings with a reservation, the User must arrive at the Restaurant booked at the time of the booking. If the User and all their guests are more than 15 minutes late, the User and their entire party will lose the Deal and the Restaurant may decide whether or not to apply the discount.
The User must cancel any deal booked that they will not be able to honor at least 30 minutes before the reservation time. If you are unable to honor the reservation and you fail to cancel at least 30 minutes before the reservation time, Savorite will consider you as a no-show and will notify you for this. Each User has an allowance of a maximum of three no-shows before the User’s account is blocked.
9. Walk-ins
The User understands that walk-in bookings are dependent on space availability and you may need to wait to be served. The Restaurant will not be holding a table for you when you arrive.
A walk-in booking is not a reservation and they are only valid during the Redemption Period specified in the deal and for the party size selected.
